Boot Camp is a less intense version of our CrossFit Class and a great way to prepare for CrossFit if you feel you are not quite “ready”. Classes are held inside and outside of our warehouse gym. All workouts are 1-hour using all the CrossFit techniques. Workouts include variations of kettle bells, running, box jumps, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and more! Every workout has a scaling option that is right for your fitness level. No prior CrossFit experience is required.
CrossFit Boot camp is guaranteed to kick your butt and improve your fitness. This is not your typical boot camp. We uphold high standards and require a very serious commitment from our members. Everyone must have a positive attitude and a willingness to work. You will be inspired by your fellow crossfitters and surprised with what you can achieve in weeks! Our classes are fun and highly effective to getting you fit – very quickly.
CrossFit Boot camp classes are designed to give you a total body workout based on the CrossFit training methodology. You can expect running/walking, cardiovascular challenges, partner exercises, athletic drills, creative resistance training, relay races, bodyweight resistance and much more. The workout includes a warm-up, work-out and cool-down. The Boot Camp class does not require any prior experience.
